Playing tourist

Visiting a quiet little temple in Tokyo. In fact, this was quite rare for us because after all the incredible larger ones we saw in Kyoto (pics to come!), we decided to keep Tokyo mostly just for shopping! However, I found it so refreshing to stumble across these quiet little sanctuaries scattered around such a bustling city. Tokyo seemed so much busier this time round for some reason, even compared to New York!

It's a very rare occasion that I wear jeans, but Japan was so cold this December it felt like a necessity some days. Jazzing them up with this sequin top and my new Maje jacket (my Xmas pressie!) made them feel a little more festive- so much better!
