So this is the extent of the snow i've had here! I'm actually quite grateful, as I'd be terrified to drive to work in any more snow, much too scary! Hope you're all enjoying the weekend! xxx

This is such a casual look for me, but it was Sunday, raining and I was still jetlagged which i reckon is a good excuse!! Still freezing here! Has anyone had any snow yet??

Caped crusader

So I finally got back from my business trip to San Diego last night! I must have gotten used to the warmer weather over there, because back in the UK it's freeeezing! Even my new cape failed to keep me warm.
Excuse the simple outfit- i'm sooo sleepy and jet-lagged today i'm surprised i managed to haul my ass out of bed and head out at all! Lots of love xx

Elbow patches.. again

There are still leaves everywhere where i live as you can see, but sadly they're becoming more mulch than crunch by the day! :-(
Anyway, i had a mini shopping spree at the weekend and this top (and the kitty blouse underneath) are some of what i bought. Much more to come but i'll have to wait to wear them all until i get back from San Diego. I go tomorrow for work and sense it's gonna be much warmer there than here- no idea what to pack!

Thick woolly socks

So its finally the weekend and i managed to take some shots. I'm finding it difficult to shoot outfit pics now it gets dark so early! I need to be more organised!
Today, i went shopping for the first time in a while- i was in dire need of some more fall/winter clothes. Pics of my haul will be up soon i'm sure! Lots of love xxx

Simple twist of fate

So these pictures were taken before my absence, but i never got to show them. I am very lucky that every few weeks a mystery care package from American Apparel arrives at my door. The contents of these vary quite a lot but i'm always so grateful and excited to see whats next! The latest contained these riding pants, amongst other things. These are the least forgiving pants a girl with any curves could possibly wear, but i thought i'd give them a go! After a very self-conscious few hours i had to admit, these are sooo hard to pull off well and i certainly don't look my best! But they are great and super comfortable- perhaps black would be more forgiving for me in future?!!
