More leaves

Its finally reached the time of year where a big coat is acceptable. No, necessary! I have had this coat for years and only worn a few times, its pretty big, but i kinda like that this year. Plus, i'm in love with camel coats! I've still haven't found another one yet.
This red bag is fast becoming a favourite, it hasn't left my shoulder since i bought it on Wednesday. It is the perfect size too!!
Sorry for the lack of posts this week. I didn't want to post anything i wasn't completely happy with, so waited until I was! Enjoy the weekend guys! xxx

Sorry for the image overload today- we totally lucked out with the light and took so many pictures! Good lighting is a rarity in grey old England I didn't even have to edit them this time round.
Anyways, let me introduce my new hat, i'm sure regular readers will become very acquainted with it soon enough! Yes i got another hat, its an addiction i swear! Loving deep reds and autumn leafy colours right now, soon there will be more leaves everywhere! I'm definitely looking forward to diving into my first leaf pile of the year!!

To fur or not to fur?!

I see a lot of fashion bloggers wearing faux-fur this season. I really love the look but have no idea where to start, so i thought i'd start small. I still don't know what i'm doing with this faux- fur thing. One minute i love it and the next i think it's too much... Such was the case yesterday, i started out wearing it, and then a few hours later, it had to go! Maybe its just me, sometimes i can be so indecisive!!
I hope you've all enjoyed the weekend! Once again its gone too quickly. I spent it shopping, at the cinema and snuggled up in front of the TV watching the X factor (?!) and Grey's Anatomy (a personal fave)!! xxx

What would you wear to a wedding?

Finding the perfect dress to wear to a wedding is sooo hard! But luckily for me, this dress was a no brainer- i had to have it!! These pics were actually taken a couple of months ago, but hunting around my wardrobe today i came across the dress again and had to share. At least its coming up to the festive season so i'll have the opportunity to wear it again, this baby is definitely coming with me to Paris this Xmas!
On another note, i'm so happy its the weekend! Its the bf and my 3rd year 'anniversary' today so we're just heading out to our favourite restaurant! Happy Friday everyone! xxxx

In the mood for some 60's

I know everyone is crazy for the 70's thing right now, and i agree, i can't wait to wear some of the 70's style clothes that have been shown at fashion weeks lately. Especially the Topshop Unique stuff. But that's for summer... which is like a million years away!
Right now i'm still embracing camel, big coats, roll neck sweaters and capes. So when i came across this old ed from Vogue UK 2006 (with Gemma Ward, whatever happened to her? i miss her!) i was very happy! Loving the Twiggy vibe. And that camel coat is exactly what i'm looking for... Why do i always fall in love with the items in old eds that i can't get hold of anywhere?!!

PS: what do you guys think to the changes i made: e.g. the bigger pictures on my posts?! I can't decide whether i'm comfortable with them being so big- maybe i'll size them back down again...

My other shearling jacket

So remember a few posts ago i wore my aviator jacket, i mentioned i had another shearling jacket that was more 'me'?? Well here it is! I actually bought this baby back in July, and it's been patiently waiting for autumn to be worn!!
These pics were actually taken yesterday, after i spent all day on Saturday at a wine 'tasting' event so i apologise for not looking my best and for going "sans make-up"! I also spilled Starbucks all over me about 10 minutes prior to them been taken, which is why i probably look a bit grumpy!

Double pink and leopard??

I bought these socks ages ago and i never knew what to do with them! At least they add a bit of 'quirkiness' to an otherwise plain outfit. Pushing my boundaries of the amount of leopard print i wear- one step at a time!!
